Peruvian economist with more than four years of experience in public institutions, strategic planning, and public policy implementation. She led the Digital Gap Bridging Program and Hybrid Education Initiative at the Peruvian Ministry of Education, formulating a strategy to provided internet services to 16,657 public schools across Peru, significantly enhancing educational opportunities for countless students. Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, D.C, as part of the lead team that developed and will execute the New IDB Group Institutional Strategy. Founder and CEO at SAPHI (saphiquechua.com). She’s promoting social equity aims to confront systemic inequalities and empower Quechua-speaking communities to reclaim their language and cultural heritage without fear of discrimination or marginalization. Recognized for her academic excellence and leadership, she graduated with honors in Entrepreneurship and was a fellow at Georgetown University's Global Competitiveness Leadership Program (GCL).
